# Polyomavirus capsid bonding network animation
A 3D animation of the interaction network that connects the pentamers of proteins in the polyomavirus capsid. Each petagon or hexagon represent a pentamer and different colored edges represent the different types of bonds that connects them.

The coordinates used to generate the 3D model come from [David I. McCooey's website](http://dmccooey.com/polyhedra)
